Renovations & New Builds
Full-service interior design for ground-up and renovation projects
Studio Landy takes on a select number of construction projects each year, focusing on quality, boutique service, and a truly personal design experience. We guide you from initial planning through final details, partnering closely with you and your build team to bring the vision for your home to life. From full home renovations to smaller-scale projects, we manage every detail, keep the process running smoothly, and allow you to enjoy the experience of creating your home.
The Process
After an initial discovery call, we schedule an in-person consultation at your home to review the spaces you’d like to transform, discuss goals, and align on budget and timeline. Following the consultation, we provide a proposal outlining the scope of work and estimated project investment.
Once approved, we move into conceptual design, developing the look and feel of your project and reviewing initial palettes, materials, and layout options. We then finalize the design, including all finish selections, drawings, and 2D/3D visuals as needed, and present everything for approval. From there, we oversee implementation, providing detailed documentation to your build team and managing coordination, procurement, delivery, and installation.

Finally, we celebrate with you as your new space is unveiled.

Furnishing + Styling
Furnishings and styling designed to bring your home to life
Bringing a space to life through furnishings and styling is at the heart of what we do. Thoughtfully selected pieces — from a fresh coat of paint to a great new rug and a curated mix of furniture and accessories — can transform not only your space, but how you live in it. Whether you’re looking to fully furnish your home or elevate a room or two, we handle every detail, from design and procurement to installation, giving you access to our trusted network of vendors and resources and tailoring your space to reflect you.
The Process
Similarly to our construction-focused projects, we begin with an initial discovery call followed by an in-home consultation to understand your space, needs, and goals. From there, we provide a proposal outlining the scope of work and estimated design fee.

Once approved, we move into design development, where we establish the overall look and feel of your space. This includes color palettes, aesthetic direction, and preliminary furnishings selections, followed by a final design plan with all furnishings, finishes, and drawings presented for approval.

During implementation, we handle procurement, tracking, and coordination of all furnishings. On install day, our team oversees white-glove delivery, installation, and styling, ensuring every detail is in place and your space is ready to enjoy.

Designer for a Day
Focused design guidance for select design needs
A focused design session for clients who want professional guidance without a full-service engagement. Designer for a Day is ideal if you’re mid-project, need help making selections, or want creative direction to confidently move forward on your own.
The Process
We will utilize our initial discovery call to assess your needs and make a game plan for our day together!
Day-of consists of 6 total hours of collaborative time with Eileen, on site, to address the needs of your space. This could include floor plan sketches, paint/materials selections, shopping together for furnishings, arranging furniture layouts, accessory styling - you name it.
After our time together, we will work our magic behind the scenes organizing and outlining everything we discussed. We will deliver a clear, actionable and detailed summary straight to your inbox for you to utilize as you execute your project!
